keeping funds of users for months

Yes I know, a lot of complaints and warnings already about, but they have a huge client basis nevertheless.

I have funds locked in for half a year, a lot of others are complaining about the company and its practices, too.

Any idea who, how to approach to speed this up? Maybe some journalist interested to make some noice? There are complaints on each Twitter tweet, it insane.
